Security cameras & access

A camera system is only useful if the footage is there when you need it and you can find it. Plenty of installed systems fail one or both: recording over itself in three days, or needing a PC in the back room that's been off since spring.

What's covered

What you get

  • Walk-through to work out what needs covering and what doesn't
  • Camera selection and placement: entrances, registers, stock, parking
  • Recorder sized for how far back you actually need to go
  • Remote viewing on your phone, set up and tested with you
  • Cameras on their own network segment, not alongside your business machines
  • Default passwords changed, firmware current (most breached cameras are neither)
  • Showing you how to pull and export a clip before you need to
  • Existing systems taken over, repaired or extended

When people call

What that looks like

You've had an incident

Theft, a dispute, a damaged vehicle. The common discovery is that the system was recording but nobody could get the footage out in a usable form.

Insurance or a landlord is asking

Requirements are usually specific about coverage and retention. Worth reading the requirement before buying equipment.

The system you inherited doesn't work

Half the cameras dark, an app nobody can log into. Often repairable without replacing the whole thing.

Not sure if this is your problem?

Call and describe it. If it's something we can talk you through in five minutes, that's what happens and there's no bill.
